Take 287 East to Exit 6 - N. White Plains/White Plains, bear to the right continue down North Broadway through two lights at the 3rd light, The Presbyterian Church is on your right-hand side, make a right turn on Barker Avenue. Continue on Barker Avenue (there is parking available at 3 Barker Avenue and there is also parking available in a lot adjacent to our building); you will go pass the Pepe Infiniti/Porsche dealership to get to One Water Street. We are on the 4th floor.

Take 287 East to Exit 5 - White Plains. Right off exit - follow traffic (one way). Merge into left lane and follow traffic on to Main Street. Pass Galleria Mall on your right. Stay in left lane and at Martin Luther King Blvd. Make left turn and get into left lane. When you reach end of "T" intersection, make a left and go past the Pepe Infiniti/Porsche Dealership and the building is on the right. We are on the 4th floor. Parking is available at 3 Barker Avenue (there is also parking available in a lot adjacent to our building) which will be the building in front of you to the right when you reach the "T" intersection. Barker changes into Water Street as you walk toward the train.

Take Hutchinson River Parkway North to Exit 26 West. (Merge left and cross lane onto 287). Take Exit 6 (No. Broadway / Route 22). Make left off exit ramp at stop light (Follow sign "To Business District") At light at top of hill make a left onto North Broadway and stay in right lane until Barker Avenue. Make a right onto Barker Avenue and that will change into Water Street. Off Bridge stay right to Route 95 North. Pay toll and about 10 miles north, exit at Cross Westchester Expressway 287 West. Get onto 287 West (bear left and cross lane onto 287). Take Exit 6 of 287 (North Broadway / Route 22). Make left off exit ramp at stop light (Follow sign "To Business District"). At light at top of hill make a left onto North Broadway and stay in right lane until Barker Avenue. Make a right onto Barker Avenue and that will change into Water Street. New Jersey Turnpike North to George Washington Bridge. On exiting the bridge, get all the way to your right and take exit for Major Deegan North (87). Take Deegan to 287 East. Make a right onto Barker Avenue and that will change into Water Street.
