While attending Fordham Law School, Mr. Ondrovic was the Managing Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and was a Senior Member of the Moot Court Board.

Areas of Practice

General liability defense with an emphasis on trial practice. Mr. Ondrovic also has extensive experience with Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediations and Arbitrations and has acted as a Court appointed Neutral Arbitrator in three member panel arbitrations.

Professional Experience

Mr. Ondrovic, AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, handles all areas of general liability defense including premises, products, construction, motor vehicle, municipal and professional liability. Mr. Ondrovic has conducted trials in State and Federal Courts throughout New York as well as argued Appeals in each of the Four Departments of the Appellate Division and in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Ondrovic's clientele includes corporate clients such as The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company together with insurance carriers including New York Central Mutual Fire Insurance Company, MetLife Auto and Home, State Farm, Selective Insurance and Summit Risk.

Professional History

Prior to joining Boeggeman, George & Corde, P.C., Mr. Ondrovic was a Partner in a Westchester based law firm with an emphasis on trial practice in personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Ondrovic became a partner in the firm in 1999.

Verdicts of Note

Mr. Ondrovic has conducted in excess of 250 trials and has taken in excess of 150 verdicts in 25 different counties covering the entire State of New York from and including Suffolk to St. Lawrence Counties. He has also conducted trials in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District based in Brooklyn and Central Islip as well as the Southern District based in Manhattan and White Plains. Additionally, Mr. Ondrovic has conducted non-jury trials in the Court of Claims for the State of New York .
