Mr. Grossman has been a practicing attorney in New York for over 23 years. He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney defending basic and complex personal injury cases. He is an experienced real estate attorney, having represented clients at over a thousand residential closings.

Professional Experience

Mr. Grossman handles all types of litigation, including commercial and personal injury, including premises and automobile liability as well as complex construction accidents, Labor Law and products liability cases.

Mr. Grossman represents numerous of insurance companies and individuals in litigation matters.

Professional History

Prior to joining Boeggeman, George & Corde, Mr. Grossman served as a senior in house litigator for Liberty Mutual Insurance, Prudential Insurance and Travelers Insurance Company. He has also served as counsel for the New York Patrolmen's Benevolent Association and the Correction Officer's Union and has worked in his own practice.

Memberships

Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Grossman is a member of the Bronx Bar Association and belongs to their Civil Courts Committee.

Mr. Grossman has tried over 65 cases in the 5 boroughs of New York City and the Hudson Valley Courts. He has also argued appeals before the Appellate Division, Second Department.
