Mrs. Griffin is a civil litigator primarily handling personal injury, property damage and premises liability cases. She has experience in contracts, real estate, family law, wills, trusts and estate matters.

Professional Experience

Mrs. Griffin litigates cases from inception up until trial, including motion practice.

Mrs. Griffin represents major insurance companies as well as individuals.

Professional History

Prior to joining our firm, Mrs. Griffin was an associate at a general liability, civil litigation firm in New York City. She also worked in the Offices of the District Attorneys of Bronx and New York Counties. Mrs. Griffin interned for Hon. Hansel McGee, New York State Supreme Court Justice, Bronx County.

Mrs. Griffin's Pro Bono activities include serving as a Small Claims Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court, Bronx County, serving as an volunteer for the Robert B. McKay Community Outreach Law Program at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and for the Legal Counseling Program at the New York County Lawyers Association.
