Areas of Practice

Richard Corde is a senior trial attorney handling all aspects of general liability, product liability, premises liability, automobile liability and tort liability. He also handles mediations, arbitrations and appeals. He has performed these services for product manufacturers, insurance carriers, municipalities and self-insureds for almost 25 years.

Professional Experience

Richard Corde has devoted his entire professional life to the Boeggeman law firm. He worked his way through law school as a Clerk for the firm and was hired upon his graduation in 1984. He became a partner in 1989 and is now managing partner of the firm. He has taken over 200 trial verdicts and is regarded as one of the most successful trial attorneys in the state.

Memberships

Richard Corde is an active member in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel as well as the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has lectured both domestically and internationally. He also serves extensively with the American Heart Association where he has been the honorary chairperson for a number of Heart Walks.
